    The Community of Talent orientation is less than half an hour.

  • If I've worked with Rising Tide Capital in the past, do I still have to go through an Orientation?

    Welcome back and yes, you do. As the organization continues to grow and expand, orientation is our way of ensuring you get the most updated information quickly.

  • If I still have questions after taking my orientation, is there someone I can speak with?

    As a member of the Community of Talent, your first point of contact will be your Talent Liaison. The contact information, for your Talent Liaison, can be found in your orientation.

  • Do I need any special technical equipment and/or requirements to access my orientation?

    No, you don't need any special technical requirements. As long as you have access to the internet, you can access your orientation.
